MANAGEMENT FOOD HYGIENE CERTIFICATE

INTRODUCTION
A COURSE IN PRACTICAL SAFE FOOD PREPARATION FOR KEY MANAGERS - An intensive practical six hour course designed to provide managers with the information required to effectively assess and document the hygiene risks in the business and to communicate with staff and enforcement officers.

The International Management Food Hygiene Certificate focuses on the requirement for managers to plan assured safe catering and food production programs, deal with EHO's and Trading Standards Officers and develop training programmes for staff. Major developments in international food safety over the last few years have meant that managers need to totally review their hygiene knowledge base. This course is ideal to satisfy those needs.
